Subprocessors
Last updated: October 13, 2026
A subprocessor is a third-party company that ACinch engages to process customer data on our behalf so that we can provide the Service. Each one is bound by contract to use that data only to provide its services to us. This page lists every subprocessor ACinch uses today.
Services you connect to your own account, such as Google, Microsoft, or your own Slack workspace, are not on this list: you choose them, and ACinch accesses them on your instructions. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data from connected services.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Customer data it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage | All customer data stored by the Service, including synced mail, chat, calendar, and contacts, file details, uploads, and encrypted credentials for connected services |
| Vercel | Application hosting, serverless functions, and website analytics | All requests to the Service, server and access logs, and page-view analytics |
| Anthropic | AI features, including the daily briefing from Ac, the ACinch assistant | Metadata only, never message bodies: calendar event titles and times, email subjects and chat channel names, sender names (or email addresses when there is no name), and activity titles such as file names. You can turn off AI features at any time. |
| SendGrid (Twilio) | Transactional email delivery | Recipient name and email address, and the content of account emails such as verification, password reset, invitations, and billing notices |
| Slack | Operational alerts and feedback intake in ACinch's own Slack workspace | User name and email address, the page address, error details, and feedback you send us, including any screenshot link |
| Expo | Mobile push notification delivery (forwarded to Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging) | Device push token and the notification title and text |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing | Billing contact details and subscription information. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach ACinch. |
Changes to This List
When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this list and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
